Apple detox

3 Day Direct Route:

Preparation: 

1.  Eat healthy and light for at least 2 days before you begin. 

2.  Discontinue taking any and all vitamins you normally do during the duration of this.

Consider Supplementing: Cod Liver Fish Oil as a protein and cleanser. It tells your gallbladder to contract and release bile which aids indigestion, and also contains needed amounts of Vitamins A & D. 

Step 1.  Eat apples.  APPLES, APPLES, APPLES!  All varieties, as many as you want to eat,whenever you are hungry.  For 3 whole days only apples!!!  Recommended Apple Varieties:  Black Arkansas,Arkansas Russet, Jonathon, Oregon Red, and Red Delicious are said to have increased/special benefits. 

Step 2.  Drink warm water all day long.  WARM WATER for the entire 3 days. 

Step 3.  On the night of the 3rd day, swallow/drink 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  #downthehatch

Go to sleep and congratulations, you are cleansed by the 4thmorning! 

Take a hot shower/bath and enjoy the clean feeling from inside to out!  

***NO eating or drinking ANYTHING ELSE.  No gum, no candy, no coffee, NOTHING.  If you are hungry at night or in the middle of the night, eat another apple!!! 

5 Day “Easier” Version:

Preparation:

Step 1.  Eat apples.  APPLES, APPLES, APPLES!  All varieties, as many as you want to eat,whenever you are hungry, during the DAYTIME. For 5 whole days only apples during the daytime!!!  Recommended Apple Varieties:  Black Arkansas,Arkansas Russet, Jonathon, Oregon Red, and Red Delicious are said to have increased/special benefits. 


Step 2.  At night substitute your“dinner” with a generous serving of mixed green vegetables, raw or steamed.  ANY green vegetable, raw or steamed, and any combinations.   Recommended Green Veggies:  Asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, celery, chives, cucumber, green beans, kale, leeks,lettuce, peppers, parsley, spinach, zucchini.

*If you find yourself “starving” and are in need of further“cheating,”  ½ cup of wild rice/long grain rice may be added in with your dinner. 

Step 3.  Drink warm water all day long.  WARM WATER for the entire 5 whole days. 

Step 4.  On the night of the 3rd day or the morning of the 4th day,swallow/drink 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  #downthehatch

Congratulations on the morning of the 6th day!
