3 Day Direct Route:
Preparation:
1. Eat healthy and light for at least 2 days before you begin.
2. Discontinue taking any and all vitamins you normally do during the duration of this.
Consider Supplementing: Cod Liver Fish Oil as a protein and cleanser. It tells your gallbladder to contract and release bile which aids indigestion, and also contains needed amounts of Vitamins A & D.
Step 1. Eat apples. APPLES, APPLES, APPLES! All varieties, as many as you want to eat,whenever you are hungry. For 3 whole days only apples!!! Recommended Apple Varieties: Black Arkansas,Arkansas Russet, Jonathon, Oregon Red, and Red Delicious are said to have increased/special benefits.
Step 2. Drink warm water all day long. WARM WATER for the entire 3 days.
Step 3. On the night of the 3rd day, swallow/drink 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. #downthehatch

Recommended Apple Varieties: Black Arkansas,Arkansas Russet, Jonathon, Oregon Red, and Red Delicious are said to have increased/special benefits.
Step 2. At night substitute your“dinner” with a generous serving of mixed green vegetables, raw or steamed. ANY green vegetable, raw or steamed, and any combinations. Recommended Green Veggies: Asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, celery, chives, cucumber, green beans, kale, leeks,lettuce, peppers, parsley, spinach, zucchini.
